Nice to meet you, I’m Sarah Kaetterhenry. I’m a millennial mom, realtor, and content creator living in Central Wisconsin and sharing my love for small town living with my community, clients, and 17,000 followers.
This blog is an extension of my beloved Instagram page, Sp happenings, where I share and support local businesses, weekly events, and all the hidden gems in and around the Stevens Point area.
I have built a brand based on loving where you live and supporting local. I am so very proud of where I live, as well as the businesses and small business owners that I am lucky enough to live and work alongside. Stevens Point is truly a magical community- one that has to be felt more than it can be seen. It’s the type of community that would rally around you if you ever needed it; the type where you can feel the love and camaraderie radiate during community events like music in the park on Thursday nights throughout the summer; and the type of community where you can always count on seeing a familiar face at your favorite coffee shop during the week.
A little about me:
- I’m starting my 8th year in real estate, and am undergoing a re-brand in 2025 that I can’t wait to share with you. There are a million parts to running a business: building a brand, marketing, social media, building a website, SEO, and then doing the actual job that your business revolves around. I am particularly passionate about the branding piece. Building an authentic, recognizable, sustainable brand has been my main priority since, and is what drives most of my business decisions.
- SP Happenings will be celebrating its 4th anniversary this summer, and has expanded my real estate business and my presence in the community in ways I didn’t even know I needed. When I started SP Happenings, I didn’t know where I wanted it to go, just that it was the next right step. Where it has taken me is better than any plan I could have made for myself.
- I have a 4 year old and a 6 year old and I am always sharing what we are doing as a family, from our local adventures to our Wisconsin road trips and beyond. As our kids grow, our adventures change, and the way I experience Central Wisconsin changes. I will always share what I am personally doing with the intent of connecting with those who are in similar seasons of life. As I’m sure most of us have learned by now, we can’t be for everyone. I am happy to answer questions any time, and try to point you in the right direction if you ever have questions about things I’m not directly sharing about.
- I am an open book – no gate keeping here. My intention is always to share little pieces of my life: what brings me joy, what is working, what isn’t working, what I’m looking forward to, etc, because I believe when people share their lives, it might make someone feel a little less alone.
